Where We Work
All five boroughs are our primary service area, with Westchester County and Long Island covered as an extended service area. Each area page covers the building types we see there, the neighborhoods we cover, and common questions from local clients.
Boroughs & Counties
Manhattan
Co-ops, condos, and doorman buildings across Manhattan: cabling, access control, IP cameras, and Lutron lighting installed around board rules and pre-war walls.
Brooklyn
Brownstones, townhouses, and lofts from Cobble Hill to Bushwick: IP cameras, access control, Lutron lighting, and cabling with brownstone retrofit experience.
Queens
From Astoria to Jamaica, we outfit Queens multi-family and commercial properties with camera systems, access control, structured cabling, and enterprise Wi-Fi.
The Bronx
Camera systems, access control, structured cabling, and Wi-Fi for Bronx apartment buildings and businesses, installed by our own crews, no subcontractors.
Staten Island
Cameras, access control, structured cabling, and Control4 or Lutron automation for Staten Island homes and small businesses, designed and installed locally.
Westchester
Control4, Lutron, cameras, access control, and enterprise networking for Westchester estates and co-ops, one contract from design through ongoing service.
Long Island
Nassau and Suffolk installs from North Shore estates to Hamptons builds: structured cabling, IP cameras, access control, and Control4 or Lutron systems.
How Service Areas Affect Your Quote
Every service area gets the same starting point: a free on-site consultation before we quote, so the proposal is based on the building we walked, not a guess. After the install, every area is covered by the same 24/7 emergency support line. What moves the number is the building itself: how cabling can be routed through risers and chases, what the board or landlord requires, and how many devices the system needs.
